Dental Health Plan

Our goal at Cape Fear Smiles is to provide all our patients the affordable quality holistic dentistry they deserve in Wilmington, North Carolina. For patients who do not have dental insurance, we are proud to offer annual memberships to our low-cost, in-house Dental Health Plan.

Most dental insurances have coverage limitations, but with our Dental Health Plan, you save money on the procedures you need for a positive oral-system connection. Unlike dental insurance coverage, you know exactly what treatments are covered under your plan and there are no annual limits — no surprises! Annual Membership Fees:
1) Individual Non-Periodontal: $375.00

• Two exams a year
• Two cleanings a year
• Four BWX a year
• Three PAs a year

2) Individual Periodontal: $799.00

• Two periodontal exams a year (every six months)
• Four periodontal cleanings a year (every three months)
• Four BWX a year
• Three PAs a year

3) Individual Child (under 14): $299.00

• Two exams a year
• Two cleanings a year
• Two BWX a year

Additional Discounts:

• 12% discount on all other fees

PAYMENT POLICY:

• The annual membership fee is payable in full upon joining the program and is non-refundable once any discounted treatment is performed or other membership services are provided. Membership services and discounted fees are valid for one year from date of enrollment.
• Given the substantial discounts offered under the Dental Health Plan, it is critical that appointments scheduled for the two cleanings covered under the Plan are kept. A broken appointment without a 48-hour cancellation notice will count as one of the members’ covered cleanings.
• All fees must be paid AT TIME OF SERVICE. Any service NOT paid at the time of service will be billed at the customary and reasonable fee.

• Insurance benefits or any other discount offer may not be combined with the Dental Health Plan.
• The Dental Health Plan is NOT an insurance product.
